  • 1 cup Acini di Pepe pasta uncooked
  • 1 can Pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 can Mandarin oranges drained
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
  • ½ cup Shredded coconut

Instructions 

  1. Cook the Acini di Pepe pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, whipped topping, and shredded coconut.
  3. Mix everything together until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
