Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup warm water
  • ½ cup warm milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon yeast

Filling

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions 

  1. Mix water, milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Add flour and salt. Knead into a dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  4. Divide dough into 2 pieces. Shape each into a boat.
  5. Fill with mozzarella and feta. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Crack an egg into the center of each boat. Bake for another 5 minutes.
  7. Add butter and serve hot.
