Adjarian Khachapuri

Dough
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup warm water
- ½ cup warm milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon yeast
Filling
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon butter
Mix water, milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Add flour and salt. Knead into a dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Divide dough into 2 pieces. Shape each into a boat.
Fill with mozzarella and feta. Bake for 15 minutes.
Crack an egg into the center of each boat. Bake for another 5 minutes.
Add butter and serve hot.
