  • 4 Russet potatoes medium-sized
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
  3. 3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. 4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  5. 5. Cook for 35 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
  6. 6. Check for doneness by piercing with a fork. If they are not tender, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
