  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. 3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. 4. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coat.
  5. 5. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd. Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. 6. Check for doneness. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  7. 7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
