Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower chopped
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower until tender, then mash it.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mashed cauliflower, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Shape the mixture into small tots.
  5. Place the tots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown.
