- 1 lb salmon fillet skin removed
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 eggs beaten
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the salmon fillet into nugget-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Dip each salmon piece into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated salmon nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
