Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 4 rolls Hoagie Rolls
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Season the steak slices with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Place the steak slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. 4. Open the air fryer and place a slice of provolone cheese on each steak slice. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. 5. Toast the hoagie rolls in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. 6. Assemble the melts by placing the steak and cheese slices in the toasted hoagie rolls. Serve immediately.
