Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a large bowl, combine macaroni, eggs, celery, bell pepper, and onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over macaroni mixture and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
