Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 3 pieces hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, eggs, celery, bell pepper, and onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over macaroni mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
