Main Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella balls, halved
- 1 cup sliced salami
- ½ cup kalamata olives, pitted
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup basil leaves, torn
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- to taste salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, sliced salami, kalamata olives, red onion, and basil leaves.
Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
