Ingredients

  • 10 cups Apple juice
  • 1 piece Orange sliced
  • 2 sticks Cinnamon
  • 6 pieces Cloves
  • 1 piece Star anise
  • 1 piece Ginger thumb-sized, sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pour the apple juice into a large pot.
  2. 2. Add the sliced orange, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and sliced ginger.
  3. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 2 hours.
  4. 4. Strain the cider to remove the spices and orange slices.
  5. 5. Serve warm and enjoy!
