Ingredients 

Crepe Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted

Apple Cinnamon Filling

  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
  6. For the filling, melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add apples, cinnamon, and sugar. Cook until apples are tender.
  7. Fill each crepe with the apple cinnamon mixture and fold or roll up. Serve warm.
