Apple Cinnamon French Toast Bake

- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 apples peeled and chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Add the bread cubes and chopped apples to the mixture, and stir until well coated.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
