Apple Coleslaw Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
- ½ head cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, grated
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the apples, cabbage, and carrot.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss to coat evenly.
