  • 3 Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg beaten, for egg wash

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a sheet of parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the apple slices, sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Arrange the apple mixture in the center of the pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
  5. Fold the edges of the pastry over the apples, pleating as you go.
  6. Brush the edges with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the apples are tender.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
