Apple Pie Moonshine
A delicious and potent homemade apple pie moonshine.

Main Ingredients
- 1 gallon Apple cider
- 1 gallon Apple juice
- 2 cups Granulated sugar
- 2 cups Brown sugar
- 8 sticks Cinnamon
- 1 liter Everclear
In a large pot, combine apple cider, apple juice, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for about an hour. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, add Everclear. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into mason jars and seal tightly. Store in a cool, dark place.
