Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Raisins
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs toasted
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  4. Spread the apple mixture over the pastry, leaving a border.
  5. Sprinkle toasted breadcrumbs over the apple mixture.
  6. Roll up the pastry and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
