Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
Spread the apple mixture over the pastry, leaving a border.
Sprinkle toasted breadcrumbs over the apple mixture.
Roll up the pastry and place on a baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
