  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the artichoke hearts over the chicken.
  4. 4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the chicken and artichokes.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
