Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Arugula washed and dried
- 2 Pears sliced
- ¼ cup Walnuts toasted
- ¼ cup Crumbled Goat Cheese
Dressing Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
In a large bowl, combine arugula, sliced pears, toasted walnuts, and crumbled goat cheese.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
