Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken cooked
  • 4 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Sliced Cucumbers
  • ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
  • ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger fresh
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mixed greens, shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, chopped cilantro, and chopped green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
