  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 red chili sliced thin

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. 2. Add sliced cucumbers, minced garlic, and sliced red chili to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
