Asparagus and Goat Cheese Tart

- 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed if frozen
- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
- 4 oz Goat Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet.
Arrange the asparagus on top of the pastry.
Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the asparagus.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the pastry is golden and the asparagus is tender.
Let cool slightly before serving.
