  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 12 spears Asparagus trimmed
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  3. Stuff each pocket with 3 asparagus spears and some mozzarella cheese.
  4. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Brush the chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
