Asparagus and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 12 spears Asparagus trimmed
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
Stuff each pocket with 3 asparagus spears and some mozzarella cheese.
Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Brush the chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
