- 1 cup asparagus, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the chopped asparagus, sliced mushrooms, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
