Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Dried Apricots, chopped
- ½ cup Sunflower Seeds
- ½ cup Shredded Coconut
- ½ cup Honey
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Grease a muffin tin and spoon the mixture into the cups, pressing down firmly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before removing from the tin. Enjoy!
