Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Dried Apricots, chopped
  • ½ cup Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ cup Shredded Coconut
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Grease a muffin tin and spoon the mixture into the cups, pressing down firmly.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Let cool before removing from the tin. Enjoy!
