Main Ingredients
- 3 cups self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine the self-raising flour and salt.
Gradually add the milk and melted butter, mixing until you form a soft dough.
Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on a baking tray.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the damper sounds hollow when tapped.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
