- 2 ripe avocados
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup almond milk or any milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
Add the cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
