Main Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
2. Add the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lime juice, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the dressing is too thick, add a little water to reach the desired consistency.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
