Main Ingredients
- 2 Avocados diced
- 1 Tomato diced
- 0.25 cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced avocados, tomato, red onion, and cilantro.
2. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.
4. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
