Main Ingredients
- 2 pcs Avocados ripe
- 200 g Shrimp cooked and peeled
- 1 pcs Lime juiced
- 1 pcs Tomato diced
- 1 pcs Jalapeño diced
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh and dice it.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced avocado, cooked shrimp, lime juice, diced tomato, diced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently to combine.
4. Spoon the mixture into small serving cups or onto lettuce leaves. Serve immediately.
