  • 2 Avocados ripe, sliced
  • 8 Taco shells
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup Diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat taco shells in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix sliced avocados with lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Fill each taco shell with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and avocado slices.
