Main Ingredients
- 2 Avocados ripe, sliced
- 8 Taco shells
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- ½ cup Diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice fresh
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. Heat taco shells in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
2. In a bowl, mix sliced avocados with lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Fill each taco shell with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and avocado slices.
4. Top with chopped cilantro and a dollop of sour cream.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
