Avocado Tzatziki Recipe
A refreshing twist on the classic tzatziki, made with creamy avocado.

Main Ingredients
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Cucumber grated and drained
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
2. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
3. Add the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, and olive oil to the bowl.
4. Mix everything together until well combined.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
