Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the chopped bacon in a frying pan until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pan, sauté the diced onion until translucent.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the onions. Cook on medium heat.
  5. 5. Add the cooked bacon on top of the omelet. Fold and serve hot.
