Bacon Jack Chicken Sandwich

- 4 Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 8 slices Bacon
- 4 slices Pepper Jack cheese
- 4 Burger buns split
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
3. In another skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
4. Place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each chicken breast and cover skillet to melt the cheese.
5. Toast burger buns in the skillet until golden brown.
6. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the chicken breasts on the bottom buns, topping with bacon, and covering with the top buns.
