- 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup spinach chopped
- ½ cup cream cheese softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
Remove toothpicks before serving. Enjoy!
