Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
  4. Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
  6. Remove toothpicks before serving. Enjoy!
