Bahamian Chicken Souse Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings cut into sections
- 1 large onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large potato diced
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 hot pepper chopped
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 cups water
In a large pot, add chicken, water, and salt. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add onion, garlic, potato, carrots, lime juice, hot pepper, and allspice.
Simmer for another 25 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
