  • 2 units Bananas sliced
  • 4 units Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sugar, and salt.
  4. Layer the bread slices and banana slices in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and bananas, making sure everything is well-coated.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.
