Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Cod Fillets
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 8 Taco Shells
- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 1 Lime (cut into wedges)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place cod fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
While the fish is baking, prepare the taco shells and toppings.
Assemble the tacos with baked cod, shredded cabbage, sour cream, and a squeeze of lime.
