Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cod Fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 8 Taco Shells
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Lime (cut into wedges)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place cod fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. While the fish is baking, prepare the taco shells and toppings.
  5. Assemble the tacos with baked cod, shredded cabbage, sour cream, and a squeeze of lime.
