  • 2 cups Cornflakes crushed
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the buttermilk mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  4. Press the chicken breasts into the crushed cornflakes, coating them evenly.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
