- 1 whole Ham about 8-10 pounds
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Honey
- 2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- ½ teaspoon Ground Cloves
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Place the ham in a baking pan and cover it with aluminum foil.
Bake the ham for about 1.5 hours.
In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves.
Remove the ham from the oven and brush the glaze mixture over it.
Return the ham to the oven, uncovered, and bake for another 30 minutes or until the glaze is caramelized and the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
