Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise down the center. Pull apart shells slightly, and season meat with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
  4. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately with additional melted butter if desired.
