Delicious and easy baked lobster tails with garlic butter.

Main Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise down the center. Pull apart shells slightly, and season meat with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve immediately with additional melted butter if desired.
