Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- 4 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Remove from heat.
Stir in cheese until melted. Add salt and pepper.
Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. Pour into a baking dish.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
