Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil.
  4. Coat each chicken breast with the Parmesan mixture, pressing it onto the chicken to adhere.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
