Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Dill Sauce
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the dill sauce. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt.
Serve the baked salmon with a generous dollop of dill sauce on top.
