Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 Eggs

Baklava Topping

  • 1 cup Chopped nuts walnuts, pistachios, or a mix
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is set.
  5. In a saucepan, combine honey, chopped nuts, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until bubbly. Pour over baked cheesecake.
  6. Let cheesecake cool completely before removing from pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
