  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Combine balsamic vinegar and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer.
  4. Simmer until the mixture has reduced by half and has a syrupy consistency, about 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool. The glaze will thicken as it cools.
