Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 cups Carrot slices
- 1 cup Bell pepper strips
- ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers.
Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
Spread vegetables evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast in preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Serve warm.
