- 4 slices Bread preferably thick slices
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Bananas sliced
- ¼ cup Chopped Nuts walnuts or pecans
- 1 tablespoon Butter for cooking
- Maple Syrup for serving
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
2. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
4. Cook the bread slices in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Top with sliced bananas and chopped nuts. Serve with maple syrup.
