- 4 slices Bread
- 2 Bananas sliced
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- Butter for cooking
- Maple syrup for serving
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Take two slices of bread and place banana slices between them to make a sandwich.
Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
Cook the sandwich until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve with maple syrup.
