  • 3 pounds Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the beef chuck roast in a slow cooker.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
  5. 5. Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
  6. 6. Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce.
  7. 7. Serve the barbecue beef on sandwich buns.
