- 2 lbs Beef brisket
- 1 cup Barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the beef brisket with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the brisket on the grill and cook for about 30 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Brush the brisket with barbecue sauce and cook for an additional 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
